Two charged in cocaine trafficking investigation
A man and woman from Inverness have been charged with drug trafficking related offences.
On April 13, Inverness District RCMP, with assistance from Inverness/Richmond District Street Crime Enforcement Unit, executed a search warrant at a home on Celtic Dr. In Inverness. During the search, cocaine, a cutting agent, cash and drug paraphernalia were seized.
Terrance Anthony Harper, 23-years-old and Janelle Anne Larade, 19-years-old, both of Inverness, have each been charged with:
- Possessing Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
- Possessing Equipment Used to Assist with Trafficking Cocaine
- Unsafe Storage of Ammunition
Harper was arrested without incident, remanded into custody and will appear in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Larade will appear in court at a later date. The investigation is ongoing.
