Nova Scotia Health is holding mobile primary care clinics on the following upcoming dates:
Cobequid Community Health Centre
40 Freer Lane, Lower Sackville
Saturday, March 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Dartmouth Mobile Primary Care Clinic
58 Tacoma Drive (Located at Tacoma Family Medicine Clinic)
Saturday, March 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
These drop-in clinics are designed as a temporary service to meet the needs of an increasing number of people with mild to moderate health issues.
Please have your health card and a list of your medications when you arrive.
The clinic can only address non-urgent health issues and is not an emergency service.
The kind of concerns that the clinic may address include:
• Prescription refills or renewals (except for controlled substances)
• Minor respiratory symptoms
• Sore throat
• Earaches
• Fever
• Headache
• Rashes
• Minor gastrointestinal concerns (vomiting and diarrhea)
• Cough, flu, or cold symptoms
• Urinary tract infections
• Muscle pain
