The RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment is looking for Brandon Crawford Grant, who is wanted on a province-wide arrest warrant.
On June 19, RCMP officers, including the Emergency Response Team and Police Dog Services, searched for Grant after getting a report about a distressed man. Grant was last seen heading into the woods in West Petpeswick.
RCMP notified Twin Oaks Memorial Hospital and The Birches about the police operation. Officers also stayed at Eastern Shore District High School as a precaution.
Officers have searched many places in West Petpeswick and Musquodoboit Harbour.
