Mobile primary care clinics scheduled for Shelburne April 13, 20, 24
Nova Scotia Health is holding mobile primary care clinics on the following upcoming dates:
Shelburne Family Practice
1606 Lake Road, Shelburne
Saturday, April 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 20 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 24 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Please have your health card and a list of your medications when you arrive.
The clinic can only address non-urgent health issues and is not an emergency service.
The kind of concerns that the clinic may address include:
• Prescription refills or renewals (except for controlled substances)
• Minor respiratory symptoms
• Sore throat
• Earaches
• Fever
• Headache
• Rashes
• Minor gastrointestinal concerns (vomiting and diarrhea)
• Cough, flu, or cold symptoms
• Urinary tract infections
• Muscle pain
