Halifax District RCMP has arrested two youths after an incident that occurred on March 21, 2023, outside a business in Lower Sackville.

On March 21, at around 2:20 p.m., Halifax District RCMP responded to Leslie Thomas Junior High on Metropolitan Avenue after school staff had seized a knife from a youth. The school was placed on hold and secure. No injuries were reported. Officers arrived and arrested a male youth.
