Missing Person: Can you help police locate Robert Sparks?

UPDATE: The 56-year-old man whom police requested the public’s assistance in locating on March 6 has been located and was safe.

Halifax Regional Police is asking for the public's help to locate a missing 56-year-old man.

Police say Robert Edward Sparks was reported missing on March 4, 2024, and he was last seen in the 1700 block of Robie Street on March 3.

Sparks is described as a Black man, around 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

In a release, police said,  "There is no information to suggest that Robert has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for his wellbeing."

Police ask Robert or anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be sent to Crime Stoppers by calling toll-free 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), submitting a secure web tip at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca or, by using the P3 Tips app.
