Missing person: Halifax police ask for public's help to find 49-year-old Sebastien Marquis

Halifax Regional Police is asking for help from the public to locate a missing man. Police say 49-year-old Sebastien Marquis was reported missing by his family. He was last seen in the area of Greystone Drive, Halifax, around 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023.

Sebastien is described as 49-years-old with long brown/grey hair. There is no clothing description available.

Police say he is believed to be carrying two white blankets and a walking stick. Sebastien is know to frequent the Lower Sackville area and areas surrounding the Sackville River.

Authorities say there is no concern for public safety and no concern of foul play. Police and Sebastien's family are concerned for his well-being as he requires medication.
