Inverness County District RCMP is investigating multiple thefts in Port Hawkesbury.

On Jan. 31, 2023, two men and a woman entered a grocery store on Paint Street and left the store without paying for an entire cart full of items, police said in a release.

Police believe the same three people later went to a store on Reeves Street and took perfume and electric toothbrushes without paying.

The trio fled in a Hyundai Elantra with Nova Scotia license plate GYY694.
