At approximately 11:45 p.m. officers responded to a report of a single vehicle crash in the 6000 block of Bayers Road.
Pictou County man, Riley Michael Lloyd, wanted on province-wide arrest warrant
Pictou County Integrated Street Crime Enforcement Unit has obtained a warrant for the arrest of Riley Michael Lloyd. The 34-year-old man has been charged with several offences in the Pictou County area.
Lloyd is charged with:
• Flight from a Peace Officer x 2
• Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle x2
• Possession of Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order x1
Police describe Lloyd as white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighing 200 pounds. He has short brown hair, a beard, and blue eyes. Lloyd's vehicle is described as a 2022 Grey Dodge Ram Warlock with Nova Scotia license plate HAC 720.
Police say they have made several attempts to locate Lloyd, however, are now requesting assistance from the public to locate him.
Anyone who sees Lloyd is asked to refrain from approaching him and to call the police.
