Valley Freedom Convoy planned to roll through Kentville on Feb. 10

The Kentville Police Service is aware of the upcoming Valley Freedom Convoy 2022 on February 10, 2022, at 4pm, starting at the Irving Big Stop in New Minas and traveling through Kentville.
KPS has been in communication with the event coordinator. This is a convoy and not intended to be a blockade. The Kentville Police Service will be escorting the convoy through the Town of Kentville to help ensure the safety of the public and the orderly flow of traffic, but traffic delays are expected on the route.
The Kentville Police Service will have a large Police presence to ensure the health and safety of the people in the Convoy and the entire community.
